The invention provides an intelligent bus station board comprising a storage unit, a communication unit, an input unit, a control unit and a display unit. The input unit is in response to a corresponding bus-taking demand signal generated by operation of inquiring bus information by a user. The control unit is in response to the bus-taking demand signal, and a corresponding platform location, which is pre-stored by the storage unit, of the intelligent bus station board and a selected bus line are sent to a server so that the server is triggered to confirm current locations of all the matched buses, and the current locations are displayed by the display unit. The invention also provides a bus driving information indication system. With application of the intelligent bus station board, the current locations are fed back to the server by the buses, and the server sends the bus information demanded to be inquired by the user to the intelligent bus station board so that the current locations and arrival time of the buses are informed to the user, and inquiring of the bus information is facilitated for the user.
