The invention relates to tumor radiofrequency ablation technology, and aims to provide a method for accurate positioning three-ball tumor coverage in the tumor radiofrequency ablation technology. The method includes following steps: 1, preprocessing a tumor image; 2, determining three initial points in the tumor image; 3, clustering out three balls through K-means algorithm; and 4, adjusting radiuses and center positions of the three balls. By the aid of the method, requirement of diminishing the radiuses of the three balls covering a tumor can be achieved, a doctor can be helped to perform an operation accurately and effectively, and damages of the operation to normal tissues can be reduced as far as possible, and accordingly a radiofrequency ablation operation is safer and more effective.
