A line name and number plate with a radio frequency recognizer includes a sheet-shaped body; more than two windows are arranged in the sheet-shaped body; a pair of opposite sides of the edges of each window in the reverse side of the sheet-shaped body is provided with clamping grooves; the line name and number plate with the radio frequency recognizer further comprises name cards and number cards, wherein the name cards and the number cards can be inserted into the clamping grooves of the windows in the reverse side of the sheet-shaped body; the left side and the right side of the sheet-shaped body are further provided with a connecting device which can be used for fixing the line name and number plate with the radio frequency recognizer to a line, the reverse side of the sheet-shaped body is further provided with a fixing slice, one side of the fixing slice is hinged to the same side of the sheet-shaped body, and the fixing slice is provided with a connecting device which can be used for fixing the fixing slice to the line. The line name and number plate is simple in structure, capable of allowing the name cards or the number cards to be conveniently replaced and being used repeatedly and safe and reliable in connection, and further has the advantages of not wasting resources and saving cost.
