A pair of vertical support frames is arranged in the controlled sealed cabin, a rotary support is arranged between the support frames, the middles of two sides of the rotary support are connected with the support frames by transverse rotary shafts, a three-dimensional rotary carrying table is connected into the rotary support by a longitudinal rotary shaft, the rotation center line of the rotary support is perpendicular to the rotation center line of the three-dimensional rotary carrying table, an illumination device and a biological culture tray are fixed into the three-dimensional rotary carrying table, and the water supply device and the environment control devices for the temperature, the humidity, air components and the like are arranged on the outside of the culture cabin. The three-dimensional rotary ground-based experimental apparatus has the advantages that the biological culture tray can move around two rotary shafts which are perpendicular to each other, so that organisms can be truly three-dimensionally and rotationally cultured; a micro-gravity effect which can only be realized in space can be simulated, and nutrient solution circulating and water supplying equipment is arranged in the culture cabin, so that the ground-based experimental apparatus can culture organisms in integral growth periods or in a long time under the remote control.
