The invention relates to a high-energy-saving-performance new material building and belongs to the field of energy-saving buildings. The building comprises an exterior wall design part, an indoor daylighting part and a furniture part. Sheet multicolor dye-sensitized solar cell panels and polycrystalline silicon solar cell panels are laid on the exterior wall and the roof of the exterior wall design part. A large-sized LED (Light Emitting Diode) energy-saving lamp is installed on the ceiling of the building for daylighting at night and on cloudy days. A lampshade is made of solar cell panels which can realize secondary power generation by using light emitted by the LED energy-saving lamp to light up the LED energy-saving lamp as an auxiliary light source. The furniture part uses a thermoelectric refrigerating machine. Surface treatment is conducted to sanitary appliances and kitchenware to improve odor and dirt sticking resisting functions thereof. The high-energy-saving-performance new material building has the advantages that since improvements are made from multiple aspects such as the exterior wall, the indoor daylighting and the furniture, the demands of people in daily life are met and the goals of reducing carbon emission, decreasing all kinds of pollution, beautifying the environment, saving energy and reducing the emission can be achieved.
