The invention discloses a replacement transfer method and a device for a nuclear power station radioactive waste nuclear filter core. The replacement transfer device comprises a shielding cabin and three sets of grippers arranged in the shielding cabin. The three sets of grippers all have an automatic grip function, and can cooperate with each other to complete all grip operations in a filter core replacement process. The replacement transfer method makes use of the device to replace and transfer the waste filter core. Compared with the prior art, the replacement transfer method and the device for the nuclear power station radioactive waste nuclear filter core involved in the invention automatically achieve replacement of the waste filter core through the three sets of grippers. In the whole replacement process, the filter is always covered by the shielding cabin, so that no radioactive diffusion can be caused. At the same time of enhancing the automation level, the radiant exposure to the operation stuff and the working area can be reduced.
