本发明实施例提供了一种检测刻蚀残留的方法，涉及显示技术领域，可实现检测刻蚀残留的目的，从而提高产品良率；该方法包括获取待检测处的图案；对所述待检测处的图案进行红外光谱测试，得到红外光谱图;根据所述红外光谱图，判断是否存在残留物质。用于制备阵列基板或对盒基板过程中刻蚀残留的检测。

The embodiment of the invention discloses a method for detecting etching residue and relates to the technical field of display, with the purpose of realizing etching residue detection so as to improve product yield. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the pattern of the part to be detected; allowing the obtained pattern to be subjected to infrared spectrography test, so as to obtain an infra-red spectrogram; judging whether the residue exists or not. The method provided by the invention is used for detecting the etching residue in the process of preparing an array substrate or box substrate.
