The invention discloses a henhouse ventilating window which comprises a frame, an air inlet window, a reset spring, a spring fixing block and a pulley guide rod mechanism. The air inlet window and the spring fixing block are located in the frame. The air inlet window comprises a first air door panel, a second air door panel and two air guide plates. One end of the reset spring is connected with the spring fixing block. The other end of the reset spring is connected with the first air door panel. The pulley guide rod mechanism comprises a guide rod, a pulley, a traction rope, a traction rope connecting rod, a traction rope fixer and a knob. The guide rod, the traction rope connecting rod and the pulley are fixed on the wall on which the henhouse ventilating window is. One end of the traction rope is fixed on the traction rope connecting rod. The other end of the traction rope penetrates through the pulley and is fixed to the guide rod by the traction rope fixer. The traction rope is movably connected with the air inlet window. By the henhouse ventilating window, open-close angle of the window can be adjusted, good thermal insulation is achieved, and ventilation and thermal insulation of a henhouse are facilitated.
