本发明涉及了一种在线处理MTBE装置反应器催化剂泄漏的方法，在催化蒸馏塔（共沸蒸馏塔）冷态状态下，通过加入一种钝化剂，能有效实现落入催化蒸馏塔（共沸蒸馏塔）催化剂的失活，从而消除泄漏催化剂对产品质量产生影响。避免因催化剂泄漏而进行设备临时检修费用与生产耗时，具有显著的经济效益。

The invention relates to a method for online treatment of catalyst leakage of a methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) device reactor. The inactivation of a catalyst dropping into a catalytic distillation column (azeotrope tower) can be effectively achieved by adding a passivator under a cold state of the catalytic distillation column (azeotrope tower), so as to remove the effect of the leaking catalyst on the product quality. Thus, the temporary maintenance cost and production time caused by catalyst leakage are avoided; and the method has significant economic benefit.
