The invention discloses a power system transformer substation integration simulating training system and an implementation method thereof. The implementation method of the simulating training system includes the following steps: firstly, a student workstation sends orders to a simulating server; secondly, an information regulating and controlling service module receives order information and sends the order information to a simulation integration simulating module of a power system transformer substation; thirdly, the simulation integration simulating module of the power system transformer substation processes the order information and conducts simulating calculation, updates entire network current data, generates a deflection state, primary and secondary equipment signals and recorded information of sequence of events, and sends back the information of the sequence of the events to the information regulating and controlling service module; fourthly, the information regulating and controlling service module stores the simulating data, marks the order information, and distributes the order information to a power system dispatching central simulating module and a power system monitoring center to be displayed. According to the power system transformer substation integration simulating training system, a training environment with real simulating results and comprehensive training functions is established for regulating and controlling integration production and operation personnel, and new requirements for the production and operation personnel by 'mass operation' production system are met.
