The invention discloses a caching structure for realizing storage of configuration information of a reconfigurable system. The cache structure comprises a hierarchical configuration information caching unit used for caching the configuration information which is possibly used by one certain or more reconfigurable arrays, an off-chip storage interface module used for establishing communication, and a configuration management unit used for managing the reconfiguration process of the reconfigurable arrays and mapping subtasks in algorithm application to one certain reconfigurable array which then can load corresponding configuration information according to the mapped subtasks so as to accomplish the function reconfiguration of the reconfigurable array. Therefore the utilization rate of the caching of the configuration information is enhanced. A management method for the caching of the configuration information of the reconfigurable system is provided, a mixed priority caching updating method is adopted, the traditional management method for each caching of the configuration information in the reconfigurable system is changed and therefore the dynamic reconfiguration efficiency of the complex reconfigurable system is enhanced.
