本发明涉及一种黑钛晶撒花PVC卷材地板及其制造方法，该地板包括背底层，以及背底层上依次设置的PVC颗粒层、黑钛晶撒花层和UV处理层。将PVC造粒法、PVC压延法、PVC撒花三种工艺有机结合在一起，与现有技术相比，本发明方法比其他工艺方法所制产品密实度更高，耐磨性更强，图案更清晰自然，适用性更广，应用更环保。

The invention relates to a black rutile patterned PVC (polyvinyl chloride) sheet floor and a manufacturing method thereof. The floor comprises a backing layer and a PVC particle layer, a black rutile patterned layer and a UV (ultraviolet) processing layer which are sequentially arranged on the backing layer. As the PVC granulation process, the PVC rolling process and the PVC patterning process are combined organically, the floor manufactured by the method has higher density and wear resistance, cleaner and more natural patterns and wider adaptability and is more environment-friendly in application as compared with products manufactured by other processes and methods.
