The embodiment of the invention discloses a transferring system for transporting a flat plate and a mechanical device thereof as well as a transporting method. The mechanical device comprises a mechanical arm, wherein the mechanical arm comprises at least one first vacuum suction nozzle for adsorbing a first flat plate, at least one second vacuum suction nozzle for adsorbing a second flat plate and a loop system for connecting the first vacuum suction nozzle and the second vacuum suction nozzle. The first vacuum suction nozzle is arranged on a first position of the mechanical arm, and the second vacuum suction nozzle is arranged on a second position of the mechanical arm. One mechanical arm is used for simultaneously carrying and transporting two flat plates, so that the transporting efficiency of the flat plate is greatly improved, and the cost for adding the mechanical arm can be saved.
