The present invention relates to a terylene strengthened filament weaving pattern wall covering and a manufacturing method thereof. The terylene strengthened filament weaving pattern wall covering comprises a surface UV treatment layer, a plastic-laminated terylene filament weaving pattern layer, a PVC cross-linking curing layer and a bottom back composite layer from top to bottom, wherein the surface UV treatment layer is coated on the upper surface of the plastic-laminated terylene filament weaving pattern layer, and the plastic-laminated terylene filament weaving pattern layer, the PVC cross-linking curing layer and the bottom back composite layer are subjected to sequential hot pressing molding from top to bottom to form a layered composite structure. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: manufacturing a plastic-laminated terylene filament weaving pattern layer, manufacturing a bottom back composite layer, manufacturing a PVC cross-linking curing layer, carrying out adhesion processing, and carrying out a UV surface treatment. Compared with the terylene strengthened filament weaving pattern wall covering in the prior art, the terylene strengthened filament weaving pattern wall covering of the present invention has characteristics of high size stability, strong stain resistance, environment protection, fire retardation, corrosion resistance, mildew resistance and an embossing effect on the surface, and is more suitable for high-grade places.
