The invention relates to a cable suspending type air partial reverse circulating motor mechanical core bit which is characterized in that an armour cable is used for lifting and falling a drill, wherein the cable is fixed to a cable terminal joint; a sliding ring structure is arranged at the lower part of the cable terminal joint, and a pressure chamber is positioned below the sliding ring structure; a reverse twisting system is connected with the pressure chamber through a spline or threads; a speed changer is provided with a central through hole for being connected with a main shaft of the motor; an external ring of the speed changer is connected with a vacuum pump or the drill through bolts; a flake ice chamber consisting of an external pipe and an internal pipe is arranged between the vacuum pump and an ice core pipe; an air flow channel is formed on the internal pipe of the flake ice chamber; the external pipe of the flake ice chamber is a ventilating filtering net; the vacuum pump is arranged close to the upper part of the flake ice chamber; and a core bit is connected to the ice core pipe. With adoption of the cable suspending type air partial reverse circulating motor mechanical core bit, partial reverse circulating can be carried out at the bottom of a hole, so that the movement distance of the flake ice can be reduced, and the energy loss can be greatly reduced; and the cable suspending type air partial reverse circulating motor mechanical core bit is light, convenient, ingenious in design, green, environment-friendly and energy-saving.
