The launcher comprises a profiling air bag, wherein a sonar system and a water jetting pusher are arranged at the head part and the tail part of the profiling air bag; a missile launching rack, a communication control device, a gas generator, a storage battery pack and a pressure releasing device are arranged in the profiling air bag; the missile launching rack is arranged on a launching rack base; the signal input end of the communication control device is connected with an antenna on the sonar system and the profiling air bag, respectively; and the signal output end of the communication control device is connected with the control signal input end of the missile launching rack, the signal input end of the water jetting pusher, the control signal input end of the gas generator and the control signal input end of the pressure releasing device, respectively. Compared with the existing submarine missile launching device, the anti-tracking submarine missile launcher has the advantages of high concealment, high safety, low cost and the like; meanwhile, a starting time of the missile can be set in launching missile; the anti-tracking submarine missile launcher is high in concealment in drifting process, so that the launcher is unlikely to be detected by enemies and can help to win victory by surprise.
