The invention relates to a split six-channel cable-crossing packer, which comprises a main body part, a setting locking part, a sealing part and an anchoring deblocking part. The split six-channel cable-crossing packer comprises a dual-female-fastener coupling arranged at one end of an inserted pipe column and a body assembly eccentrically sleeved on the inserted pipe column; and the body assembly is formed by welding a body head and a central pipe, a plurality of shaft shoulders are arranged on the body assembly, the body head is provided with a plurality of axial through holes on the basis of being inserted into the inserted pipe column, and the plurality of axial through holes are used as traversing channels of cables, test pipelines and dosing pipelines and exhaust channels for an underground exhaust valve. The split six-channel cable-crossing packer disclosed by the invention adopts working manners, namely hydraulic setting and lifting deblocking and integrally adopts the inserted pipe column penetrating through the packer as a connecting member for producing the pipe column. The split six-channel cable-crossing packer has the characteristics of light weight and convenience for maintenance and is suitable for an oil well subjected to oil extraction operation by adopting a rodless pump (such as an electric submersible pump).
