The terminal joint device comprises an upper connection box body, a lower connection box body, an insulator, an upper stationary fixture and a lower stationary fixture, wherein the upper end of the insulator is connected with the upper connection box body, and the lower end of the insulator is connected with the lower connection box body; the upper stationary fixture is connected with the upper connection box body, and is used for introducing optical fibers in the opticalphase conductor (OPPC) into the upper connection box body for connection; and the lower stationary fixture is connected with the lower connection box body, and is used for introducing optical fibers in a leading-in optical cable into the lower connection box body for connection. The terminal joint device is simple in structure, is convenient to operate to connect the OPPC and the leading-in optical cable, has a sealing function, can well protect the OPPC and the leading-in optical cable, and effectively improves the connection property of optical cables.
