The invention discloses a device and a method for detecting concentration of gas to be detected through temperature correction. The method comprises the following steps of: reflecting infrared rays with the wavelength of 2-12mu m emitted by a heated radiation source, and performing frequency modulation on the infrared beams; detecting energy change of the infrared beams after the infrared beams subjected to frequency modulation passes through a gas to be detected in an analytic gas chamber by using a microflowmeter, and converting the energy change into an alternating current voltage signal; and correcting the alternating current voltage signal according to the influence of the change of ambient temperature on a measurement result, processing the corrected alternating current voltage signal to obtain a concentration signal corresponding to the change of the concentration of the gas to be detected, and displaying or controlling the concentration signal.
