The invention discloses a method, a device and a system for adjusting the fixed value of replay protection equipment. The system comprises an operation fixed value preparation zone management unit used for managing an added operation fixed value preparation zone and storing fixed value parameters copied from the operation zone of the protection device to the operation fixed value preparation zone; a parameter adjusting unit connected with the operation fixed value preparation zone management unit and used for adjusting the fixed value of the operation fixed value preparation zone; and a parameter overwriting unit connected with the operation fixed value preparation zone management unit and used for overwriting the adjusted fixed value to the operation zone. Through the invention, the exit working time can be reduced when the relay protection device modifies the fixed value of the operation zone and the safe reliability of the whole modification process can be improved.
