The optimum pH value of the mannase Man5XH9 is 4.5, the mannase Man5XH9 has higher enzymatic activity at the pH value of between 4.0 and 7.0, the pH stability ishigh, and the mannase Man5XH9 can be applied to papermaking and textile industries.
