The invention relates to an integrated acousto-optic warning gas detector which comprises a gas detecting unit, a signal transducer unit, an acousto-optic warning unit and an anti-explosion shell, wherein the gas detecting unit, the signal transducer unit and the acousto-optic warning unit are arranged in the anti-explosion shell; the gas detecting unit, the signal transducer unit and the acousto-optic warning unit are connected with each other in turn; the gas detecting unit is used for detecting gas concentration and sending a gas concentration signal carrying the gas concentration to the signal transducer unit; the signal transducer unit is used for converting the gas concentration signal into an electric signal, so as to transmit the electric signal for a long distance; and when the signal transducer unit confirms that the gas concentration carried by the gas concentration signal exceeds a preset warning value, the gas concentration signal is sent to the acousto-optic warning unit.
