The gateway is connected with a video camera by a cable; sensors such as a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a CO sensor, a smoke concentration sensor and the like are arranged, and related information is transmitted in real time by a wireless sensing communication network; an intelligent energy-saving power socket is arranged by utilizing a power carrier communication technology, and the power carrier module feeds the information of current real-time electrical appliance power and the like of the socket back; the gateway is accessed in a plurality of ways such as mobile phone short messages, personal computer (PC) clients and the like, and can work in an automatic mode or a manual mode; in the automatic mode, various monitoring data is transmitted to the gateway by the wireless sensing communication network or a power carrier communication network; and in the manual mode, a user accesses the gateway by the client to obtain real-time data.
