A substrate bearing device comprises bearing frames and at least a turning block, wherein the bearing frames are used for bearing substrates and are provided with at least a holding groove; the turning block is arranged in the holding groove in a turnable manner; each turning block comprises a pressing portion and a pushing portion which are connected with each other; and the pushing portions areused for pushing against the substrates so as to push out the substrates from the bearing frames when pressing the pressing portions.
