The invention provides an organic reinforcing steel bar rust inhibitor for reinforced concrete. The organic reinforcing steel bar rust inhibitor is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 5.0 to 25.0 percent of organic alkylol amine, 5.0 to 15.0 percent of aromatic salt, 5.0 to 15.0 percent of naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate, 0.0 to 15.0 percent of aliphatic polyamine, 0.0 to 15.0 percent of phosphoryl organic matter and 45.0 to 55.0 percent of water. Compared with a conventional reinforcing steel bar rust inhibitor, the organic reinforcing steel bar rust inhibitor of the invention has the advantages of high corrosion and rust inhibition, high environmental friendliness and the like and can be widely applied to construction of newly stirred reinforced concrete for harbor work, coastal buildings, buildings at alkaline land and other constructed buildings with requirements on rusting prevention of the reinforcing steel bar in the concrete.
