The invention, belonging to the filed of lighting control, specifically relates to a method for light-adjusting solar spectrum-like LED. The method comprises the steps that: a solar spectrum-like LED, in which a plurality of differently-colored LED chips covering the range of visible light are packaged in an integrated manner, is used as a light source device, the proportion of radiation fluxes of a plurality of monochrome LED, required by the simulation of sunlight with different color temperatures, is drawn up and corrected through theoretic calculations and experiments and is then stored inside a control chip. The radiation fluxes of the LED chips having various colors are controlled by means of the control chip and the invocation of inside data thereof in order to simulatively generate sunlight-like white lights with different light fluxes and color temperatures, thereby simulating various lighting occasions. As the LED chips in the light source device are adopted to cover a plurality of monochromatic lights within the range of visible light, the method can simulate the white light emitted by the sun more realistic and the white light generated according to the method has better color rendering property.
