The invention relates to antagonistic bacteria preventing and removing tobacco bacterial wilt and a microbial organic fertilizer thereof, which belong to the technologies of agricultural intensified production. Two types of antagonistic bacteria (brevibacillus brevis NJL-25 and bacillus cereus NJL-14) with the significant antagonistic effect for pathogenic bacteria of the tobacco bacterial wilt are obtained by separation, the microbial organic fertilizer is prepared by utilizing the antagonistic bacteria and an organic compost, the fertilizer respectively contains more than 1 multiplied by 10<10>/g of NJL-25 and NJL-14, the content of total nitrogen is 4-5% (more than 90% is organic nitrogen), the total content of nutrients of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is 6-10%, and the content of organic matters is 30-35%. Tests show that the microbial organic fertilizer can lead the antagonistic bacteria to be rapidly propagated after being applied into the soil and form heterotic groups inthe soil, and the biological rate for preventing and treating the bacterial wilt in the soil with the tobacco bacterial wilt can be more than 97.6%. The long-term application of the microbial organicfertilizer in the soil without the formation of continuous cropping obstacles can prevent the occurrence of the continuous cropping tobacco bacterial wilt to a great extent.
