本发明的目的在于提供一种能够稳定地保持对于安装构件的安装状态，且可抑制变形的基板及使用所述基板的照明器具。本发明的照明器具具备：具有导热性的本体2；以及基板4，利用多个固定机构11、12安装在所述本体2上，且配设着多个发光元件10，所述多个发光元件10具有作为热膨胀吸收机构的狭缝4s，所述狭缝4s在连接所述固定机构11、12之间的直线上，沿着和所述直线正交的方向而形成。

The present invention provides a substrate which can steadily keep the mounting condition for mounting construction member and restrain the deformed substrate and a lighting apparatus using the same. The lighting apparatus comprises a thermally-conductive main body (2), and a substrate (4) which is mounted on this main body (2) through a plurality of screw (11, 12), has slits (4s) as a thermal expansion absorbing mechanism, and the slits (4s) are formed on straight lines connecting the screw (11, 12) with each other in directions orthogonal to the straight lines, and has a plurality of LEDs (10) arranged thereon.
