The invention discloses a hydrocarbon organic substance thermocracking gasification method and gasification equipment for preparing combustible gas as fuel by recovering and utilizing hydrocarbon organic substances, and has the characteristic of improving the preparation rate of combustible paraffin gas. The hydrocarbon organic substance thermocracking gasification method is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps: a. adding the hydrocarbon organic substances into a working hearth; b. introducing gas, the oxygen content of which is at least 403mg/L under standard conditions, to the working hearth, introducing the gas with the oxygen content of between 403 and 1, 008mg for each kilogram of hydrocarbon organic substance, and ensuring that the gas combusts with the hydrocarbon organic substance. For the hydrocarbon organic substance thermocracking gasification equipment, a thermal insulation material layer is arranged outside the working hearth. After the hydrocarbon organic substance is thermocracked, the effective concentration of hydrocarbon fuel gas can reach between 60 and 70 percent (volume percentage), so the method and the equipment are particularly suitable to be promoted and used when the hydrocarbon organic substances are reclaimed and utilized.
