The invention relates to a preparation method of nanometer modified lignin sulfonic acid concrete salt water reducing agent, which adopts the lignin sulfonic acid salt water reducing agent and the nanometer monox for the sake of in-situ synthesis, that is, the nanometer modified lignin sulfonic acid concrete salt water reducing agent is produced from the combination of the lignin sulfonic acid salt water reducing agent in the generation of nanometer monox. In the process of in-situ synthesis, the 1,000 weight parts are taken as the basic material; the appropriate amount of alkali the solution comprising 2-20 weight parts of nanometer matrix, 4-50 weight parts of soluble agent and 0.1-1 weight part of surface activator are added for the nanometer mondification of lignition sulfonic acid salt. The modified water reducing agent has the advantages of moderate reaction conditions, easily accessible raw material, high effectiveness, cheapness and good water reducing effect, etc.
