摘要：
一种立式摇把套筒工具，手柄通过连接轴连接于力矩杆上，与力矩相垂直相交的另一端设有一立杆，立杆的下端设有一搬头，立杆的中部设有转动的杆套，并设有套挡，下端的搬头通过铰轴连接，使用时，可根据立螺栓的阻力大小，可以方便的增大减小立杆与搬头的角度，实现无级增减扭力和减增工作速度的目的。

The vertical crank socket tool has one moment bar, one handle connected through a connecting shaft to the moment bar, one vertical bar perpendicular to the moment bar, and one spanner head hinged in the lower end of the vertical bar, and one rotary sleeve with one stopper in the middle part of the vertical bar. When it is applied in turning a screw bolt, the angle between the vertical bar and the spanner head may be changed easily according to the resistance of the screw bolt to regulate the torsion and the operation speed in stepless mode.
