The invention relates to an ultrasonic motor universal measuring device, belonging to the filed of ultrasonic motor technique. The invention is composed of an encoding component comprising reflectingmaterial, a hard lightweight circular aluminum plate; and a measuring component comprising a laser sensor, a laser sensor mounting bracket, a spring, and a spring bracket; wherein the spring is fixedto the spring bracket, with one end being connected to a rotating shaft of a rotating ultrasonic motor or an active cell or a linear ultrasonic motor; the laser sensor is fixed to the laser sensor mounting bracket; the hard lightweight circular aluminum plate is adhered to the surface vertical axially to the rotating shaft of the rotating ultrasonic motor or to the surface of the active cell of the linear ultrasonic motor; the reflecting material is adhered to the hard lightweight circular aluminum plate, and the laser spot of the laser sensor is capable of injecting vertically to the reflecting material. The invention is simple and reliable with low cost, which is easy to accomplish. Mechanical features of the linear ultrasonic motor or rotating ultrasonic motor with different structurescould be obtained by the measuring device.
