The invention provides a high quality deciduate lubricating compostion-coated metal plate with excellent formability (lubricity), good deciduate characteristic, high adhesive-durability, enough weldability and adhesive property, by which hard epithelial scraps from a resin-coated layer would not generated on a formed metal plate or mould. A lubricating compostion-coated layer is formed on one or two faces of a surface of the metal plate by the metal plate, characterised in that the lubricating compostion-coated layer contains: a lubricating compostion A including more than one organic compounds which have ethylene glyco frames in numerators, a melted peak temperature prescribed according to JIS K7121 being higher than 30 DEG C and lower than 70 DEG C , a penetration prescribed according toJIS K2235 under 25 DEG C being more than 5 and less than 100; and resin particles B with a melted peak temperature prescribed according to JIS K7121 being higher than 100 DEG C, an average particle diameter measured based on a laser diffraction and dispersion method being lower than 10 mu m, and the lubricating compostion A and the resin particles B in the lubricating compostion-coated layer arecomposed with a proportion A>B by weight.
