A base station may multiplex reference signal (RS) transmissions for different antenna ports over a set of resource elements using a code division multiplexing (CDM) group spreading in a time dimension and a frequency dimension. The base station may transmit the RS transmissions over the set of resource elements based at least in part on the multiplexing to a user equipment (UE). The UE may demultiplex the RS transmissions based at least in part on a CDM group and may select at least one of the time dimension or the frequency dimension over which to demultiplex the RS transmissions based on a determination or other information.

A wireless terminal is configured to monitor a control channel quality of a control signal over at least one control carrier. A radio link failure determination is then made based on the control channel quality of the at least one control carrier. In other embodiments, rather than basing the radio link failure determination solely on the set of control carriers, the wireless terminal is configured to monitor a control channel quality over at least one additional carrier, not included in the set of control carriers, in response to a link loss detected over each of the set of control carriers. For such embodiments, the radio link failure determination is then made based on the control channel quality of the additional carrier(s).

摘要： A system and device for providing power to and monitoring the energy usage of a device connected thereto includes a unit having one or more circuit boards having components for detecting the energy usage of the connected device and an interface for electrically connecting to the device. The unit communicates with a coordinator regarding the connected device or the state of the unit itself. Depending on the communication received from the unit, the coordinator relays the received data to a server and awaits instruction, or immediately commands the unit to take a certain action. If the server receives data from the coordinator, it sends such data to a remote server, saves it, generate reports based thereon, and/or alerts a user regarding same. The user can choose to send a command to the unit or device through the system, for example, to shut down, turn on, or to adjust the power being supplied to the device.
