    • The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a convertible pad and the convertible pad thereof. The method comprises the steps of: depositing and printing various marks (numbers, Korean characters, English characters, etc.) on waveguide sheets made of a transparent material, bonding the waveguide sheets together in one body, and manufacturing the convertible pad. The convertible pad is manufactured through the steps of: selectively depositing nickel, chrome, or aluminum on one side of the waveguide sheet where an FPCB and an LED are prepared so that the one side of the waveguide sheet is semitransparent, or printing a light-black material on one side of the waveguide sheet so that a light may penetrate therethrough; then printing each kind of mark on the other side of the waveguide sheet to prepare plural waveguide sheets; and then bonding the plural waveguide sheets together in one body using an adhesive member. Therefore, the invention enables the sheets to have 10-50% light-transmittance through the deposition thickness of 10-50 micrometers or to have high light-transmittance through 10-50% concentration of the light-black material. In addition, the invention is able to manufacture the waveguide sheet through various printing methods (offset printing method, screen printing method, pad printing method) according to the characteristics of the sheet. Furthermore, the invention is able to irradiate light onto only one sheet selectively by differently arranging the sets of the FPCB and the LED which are prepared on each sheet in order to realize various convertible functions depending on the shape of each sheet.
