摘要： An improved system is disclosed for upending/reclining a launch vehicle (60). In one embodiment, first and second trunnion supports (20a, 20b) may be positioned on opposing sides of a u-shaped opening (14) provided at the rearward end (16) of a mobile support platform (10). A launch vehicle (60) may be pivotally supported via trunnions received by the first and second trunnion supports (20a, 20b) for pivotal movement between a reclined position on top of the support platform to an upended position. In the upended position the launch vehicle (60) will extend through the u-shaped opening (14). A bridge assembly (40) may be selectively interconnected to the launch vehicle (60) to facilitate handling, transport and storage therewith.
