    • A sealing telemetry assembly (20) used for a gas turbine (100) is provided. The sealing telemetry assembly (20) includes a sealing cover (22) and at least one power supply apparatus (24), wherein the sealing cover (22) is used to cover the turbine disk (143), and the sealing cover (22) includes a cavity forming portion (222) and a cover (223), wherein at least one installation cavity (222a) is provided within the cavity forming portion (222), and the cover (223) covers and is fixed to the cavity forming portion (222). The power supply apparatus (24) is arranged in the installation cavity (222a). A gas turbine (100), a sealing cover (22), and a manufacturing method of the sealing telemetry assembly (20) are further provided. The gas turbine (100), the sealing cover (22), the sealing telemetry assembly (20) and the manufacturing method can improve working performance of the gas turbine (100), reduce production costs, and monitor the internal working environment of the gas turbine (100).

    • An optical fiber wear detector that includes one or more FBG sensors positioned within the fiber that are operable to reflect a defined wavelength of an optical input beam. The wear detector includes a light source for generating the optical input beam that propagates down the optical fiber and interacts with the FBG sensor. The wavelength of the optical beam that is reflected by the FBG sensor is detected, where loss of the reflected signal indicates that the fiber before the FBG sensor or the FBG sensor itself is damaged, which would most likely be an indication of wear on the component. The depth of wear can be determined by providing multiple FBG sensors in a single optical fiber and/or providing multiple optical fibers with one or more FBG sensors.

    • A rotor blade sensor for detecting a rotor blade (430) comprising an electrical oscillator arranged to generate an oscillating signal. An antenna (300) includes a coil (100) having one or two winding layers coupled to the electrical oscillator. The antenna (300) may instead or as well include a coil (100) comprising a plurality of winding layers, each layer being separated by a spacer for substantially reducing inter-layer capacitance, being coupled to the electrical oscillator. The antenna (300) is driven in use by the oscillating signal of the oscillator at substantially a resonant frequency of the antenna (300). The antenna generates an antenna electromagnetic field that interacts with a rotor blade (430) such that the electrical characteristics of the antenna (300) vary as the interaction between the antenna (300) and the rotor blade changes and a detector circuit is arranged to monitor these electrical characteristics.
