    • The present invention relates to a power-element structure that automatically limits the volume of a working agent supplied into an elastic chamber in order to exclude any risk of premature rupture without any substantial increase in the weight and dimensions of said power element. The structure reliability is further increased. To this end, the power element includes a body having its peripheral portions connected to the central portion by resilient members in the form of flat preloaded springs. The power element further includes an insert which is located between the ball of a ball valve and the resilient member thereof, and which comprises a centering surface for the ball. The gasket is made of a material having an elasticity which is higher than that of the material used for the elastic chamber. The segments of a hinge member have different lengths so as to be capable of abutment, in the working position, with the connection member of the segments of the elastic chamber in the central portion thereof through a slot which is formed in a guiding body so as to be perpendicular to the disconnection plane thereof. The spacers have a rounded shape, while the central portion and the peripheral portions are secured relative to each other by a dovetail fixation. The portions of the body are further secured using an elastic glue, while a place for receiving an adjustment instrument is provided at the end of the control sleeve which is located opposite the fixation of the control member.

    • The invention relates to the mining industry, in particular the design structure of a load-bearing element. The aim of the invention is to develop the load-bearing element which makes it possible to more effectively distribute a pressure amongst the parts thereof during the operation. The peripheral parts of the body of the inventive device are connected to the central part thereof with the aid of a groove-notch joint. In order to prevent the rotation of the constituent elements of the body with respect to each other, a groove provided with a fixing plate is embodied on the external surface along the generating line of each element of the body. An elastic chamber having a tubular shape and spacer inserts is arranged inside the body coaxially thereto. The regular and devoid of tilts displacement of the split elements of the body of the load-bearing element is ensured by a guiding groove arranged on the internal surface of the body. The projections of the spacer inserts embodied in the form of projecting cants move in said guiding groove during the operational cycle.
