Aufgrund der Drehung können die entlang der Förderstrecke vorgesehenen Kameras der Prüfeinrichtung zahlreiche Ansichten des Preforms von allen Seiten aufnehmen. Die einstellbare Relativgeschwindigkeit zwischen den beiden Bändern und die daraus resultierende Drehbewegung der Hohlkörper bewirkt außerdem, dass lediglich an einer Seite der zweispurigen Überkopffördereinrichtung eine Seitenführung erforderlich ist. Die lediglich an einer Seite erforderliche Seitenführung beeinträchtigt eine allseitige Aufnahme aufgrund der kontinuierlichen Drehung nicht.

摘要： An omnidirectional conveyor features a plurality of parallel endless loops supported for rotational movement about a pair of spaced parallel rotational axes. The loops support rollers with roller axes oriented transversely to a longitudinal direction of a respective loop. The loops with the rollers are arranged such that there is formed a first set of the loops with rollers oriented in a first common direction, and a second set of the loops with rollers oriented in a second common transverse direction. At least some of the endless loops of each of the first and second sets are separated from one another by endless loops of the other set. A controller is configured to control movement of the loops in opposite rotational directions or leaves the loops stationary such that bidirectional linear movement of upper runs of the alternating sets of loops acts to displace a subject on an upper surface of the treadmill in any direction thereacross.

There is further provided a corresponding method of feeding and a component handling assembly which comprises said feeder assembly.
