The intravascular reperfusion therapy device includes a sensor, a pump, and a catheter with a lumen. The intravascular reperfusion therapy device is configured to, using the pump, direct flow of a fluid through the lumen to deliver the reperfusion therapy. The system includes a processor circuit configured to receive, from the sensor, physiological data associated with blood flow through the coronary vein, determine, based on the physiological data, a progression of the reperfusion therapy; and control, based on the progression of the reperfusion therapy, the flow of the fluid through the lumen such that the reperfusion therapy is controlled.

The inlet conduit has one of a tapered portion, a frustrum-shaped portion, or both a tapered portion and a frustrum-shaped portion and is adapted to reduce flow turbulence at the blood inlet and increase the blood flow into the heart pump.

A coil winding (44) is disposed around each of the posts (40). The coil windings (44) are controllable so as to create a rotating magnetic field, wherein the impeller (3) comprises a magnetic structure (32) arranged to interact with the rotating magnetic field so as to cause rotation of the impeller (3). A material of at least a portion of at least one of the posts (40) is integral with a material of the intermediate area (59) of the back plate (50). Further, the invention concerns a method of manufacturing a magnetic core (400) and a method of manufacturing an intravascular blood pump (1).

摘要： A blood pump with a stator and rotor wherein the rotor is assembled by bonding the stator components with epoxy. The bonding surfaces of the rotor components are primed with a silane-based primer to improve adhesion between the primer and the rotor components by rendering such surfaces hydrophobic. A bonding surface of one of the stator yoke or the stator sleeve, or both, is treated with a primer that improves wettability of the bonding surface and improves bonding of the epoxy to the binding surface. The device has a bonding surface adhered to epoxy in which a primer was applied on such bonding surface prior to introducing epoxy onto the bonding surface. In addition to improved bond strength, hydrophobic surface would control moister ingress.
