摘要： Die hier vorgeschlagene Erfindung betrifft vorteilhafterweise nach dem Funktionsprinzip des einseitigen mechanischen Hebels arbeitende Handgeräte (1) zum Entfernen lösbarer zahntechnischer Einrichtungen aus der Mundhöhle. Die charakteristischen Merkmale sind ein faustbreiter Griffteil (11), unmittelbar außerhalb des Griffteils ein am Grundkörper montierter drehbarer zweiseitiger Hilfshebel (20), und ein Abstützelement (30, 35, 37) am distalen Ende (13) des Grundkörpers zur Abstützung des Handgerätes auf der betreffenden zahntechnischen Einrichtung oder einem darunter liegenden Pfosten wie Zahn, Zahnrest oder Implantat. Weiters betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung Systeme bestehend aus einer lösbaren zahntechnischen Einrichtung und einem erfindungsgemäßen Handgerät und gegebenenfalls aus einem unter der Einrichtung liegenden Pfosten oder Teilprothesen benachbarten Zahnbereichen.

The invention concerns a novel system which consists in incorporating in the crowns or bridges, before they are cemented in the mouth, a threading (9) in the crown (11) lingual surface and in filling said threading (9) with polymerised silicon. On the crown (11) inner occlusal surface a silicon film is applied and made to communicate with the silicon in the bore. When such a cemented crown (11) needs to be extracted, a silicon pump is fixed on the crown (B) threaded bore (9) and by actuating a screw piston silicon is injected into the cavity (10) formed by the silicon film beneath the crown thereby enabling it to be extracted effortlessly.
