The spacing cable is coupled between a pair of adjacent rings to prevent the rings from being fully extended, thereby preserving aesthetic qualities of the drapery. The coupling members are lobster claw clamps and the decorative members are beads. The drapery also includes a plurality of crimp beads coupled to the cable and configured to restrict lateral motion of the decorative members.
