摘要： A quick-release device (10) for securing a gas cylinder (12) in a seat plate (11) includes a pedestal (30) defining a socket (33) for receiving the gas cylinder (12). The pedestal (30) projects upwardly from an endwall (75) to form a jaw against which the gas cylinder is received when applied to the socket. A clamp (31) is pivoted to the jaw (42) for movement between an open position and a closed position. A flange (70) is formed in the pedestal (30) and has a lower surface (71) for confrontation with the seat plate (11). A latch (32) is coupled to the pedestal. The latch (32) moves between a first position enabling movement of the clamp (31) between the open and closed positions, and a second position disabling movement of the clamp (31) between the open and closed positions.
