摘要： The application relates to a sludge drying method (100) according to one embodiment. The method comprises treating (116) sludge chemically in a chemical conditioning tank (248) for producing sludge floes in the sludge, separating (120), in an electric dryer by means of an electric field, water present in the sludge from its solid material, and compressing (120), in the electric dryer, water mechanically out of the sludge. The method further comprises pretreating (112) the to-be-dried sludge with ultrasound for at least weakening the cell structure of the sludge, thereby enabling the internal water stored in sludge cells to be removed in the electric dryer.

摘要： Bei einem Verfahren zur Trocknung von staubförmigen, insbesondere einer Vergasung zuzuführenden Brennstoffen, wie Kohle, Petrolkoks, biologischen Abfällen od. dgl., wobei der Brennstoff in einer Mühle zerkleinert und mittels eines Förder- und Trocknungsgases einem Filter- /Abscheider zugeführt und wenigstens ein Teil des Förder- /Trocknungsgases im Kreislauf nach Erwärmung in die Mühle wieder zurückgeführt wird, sollen die bekannten Nachteile nicht nur vermeiden, sondern insbesondere ein kostengünstiges Mahl- und Trocknungsverfahren und eine entsprechende Anlage vorgeschlagen werden mit geringen Emissionen und einem niedrigen Inertgasbedarf. Dies wird verfahrensmäßig dadurch erreicht, dass ein Teil des Förder- /Trocknungsgasstromes in einem Sprühturm od. dgl. abgekühlt und entfeuchtet wird, wobei ein Teil des den Sprühturm verlassenden, getrockneten Gases der Umgebung und/oder einer Feuerung und der andere Teil dem Förder-/ Trocknungsgasstrom wieder zugeführt wird.

摘要： The invention relate to wood processing engineering, in particular to sawn timber drying process, including thick-walled and round logs, with the aid of vacuum-impulse action performed on timber arranged in sealed drying chambers. The inventive method for drying thick-walled timber and logs consists in supplying steam to said drying chambers (1, 2), equalising humidity along the cross section of said sawn timber (28) inside and outside thereof and in heating the timber. Said operations are carried out with the aid of air ducts (23, 24) circled by sections, fans (20), distributors (24), air heaters (21) and guiding elements (25, 26,27) which uniformly distribute a flow through the height and length of stacked sawn timber (28). The distribution of steam and a wood syrup saturated steam-air mixture is carried out in two operations i.e. at first, in diffusers arranged between the fans (20) and the air heaters (21) and, afterwards with the aid of the guiding elements (25, 26,27) on at least two levels. The inventive method for drying thick-walled timber, i.e. beams, logs etc makes it possible to avoid the occurrence of stresses, cracks or warping of wood.
