    • The invention proposes a louver assembly (12, 22). The louver assembly (12, 22) comprises a stringer (121, 221) extending in a longitudinal direction; a plurality of blades (122, 222) spaced apart from one another, each of which is connected to the stringer (121, 221) at the upper edge thereof and extends substantially transversely to the stringer (121, 221), the plurality of blades (122, 222) being capable of directing the light emitted by the light source (11, 21); wherein one part of the plurality of blades (122, 222) are configured to be adjustable such that at least part of the light emitted by the light source (11, 21) can be redirected into a desired direction, while the other part of the plurality of blades (122, 222) are configured to be non-adjustable. The invention also provides a lighting device (10, 20) comprising the louver assembly (12, 22) and a lighting system (30) comprising a plurality of lighting devices (10, 20).
