    • This invention relates to an improved railway anti creep grooved rubber sole plate. The present invention provides an anti creep grooved rubber sole plate (GRSP) made from a suitable metallic or polymer lining, sandwiched between two or more layers, similar or different materials, so as to impart additional tensile strength to the device. The invention further provides a GRSP having two opposite sides, characterized in that at least one of its opposite sides is a surface with at least a suitable number of semispherical or similar cavities made and arranged alternately one into another so as to augment the creation of vacuum between the two contact surfaces i.e. the GRSP and the Rail bottom and the GRSP and the top of Pre Stressed Concrete (PSC) Sleeper.
