摘要： A Process of producing fiberboard according to the wet method in a closed backwater system. Chips of lignocellulose-containing material after defibration to pulp are suspended in backwater so as to obtain a pulp suspension for forming of wet sheets, which are liberated from water by compression under supply of heat, the squeezed-out water being returned to the suspension step. The pulp obtained in the defibration is dewatered mechanically and the obtained aqueous solution of organic substance released during the defibration step is used for impregnation of the chips prior to the defibration, whereby said substance is bound in the pulp.

The pre-shaped board is then introduced into a tunnel furnace (5) with double-sided percussion in which the hot air at a temperature of 185 to 200 DEG C is blown forcibly and very uniformly onto the two faces of the board to be dried.

摘要： A method for the manufacture of products containing fibers of lignocellulosic material which involves the disintegration of a lignocellulosic material into fibers and forming and pressing of the fiber web into the product in question, which is preferably in the form of fiberboard (board products). The material that forms the fibers is impregnated with lignin in conjunction with water and at a pH which does not substantially exceed 12.5. When the lignin has been absorbed by the material it is fixed against leaching by water through the modification of said lignin into an essentially water-insoluble form.

摘要： A moulded body is produced on the basis of a raw material, the main content of which is material which is left after remoulding pulp from paper and extraction of fibres from the pulp mass for remanufacturing of paper. This raw material which mainly consists of water, short fibres, and fine, mineral particles is drained by pressing in a first pressing stage between filter belts for production of a coherent body, is dried partially in a first drying stage and is pressed in a second pressing stage, and dried finally in a second drying stage. The invention concerns a similar method for separation of fibres and particles from waste water which results from repulping paper and reclaiming of fibres from the pulp mass for remanufacturing of paper, whereby an environmental problem is solved in a very suitable way. A plant for manufacturing of a moulded body on basis of the raw material mentioned comprises a largely horizontal filter unit (3, 25) for draining, a first pressing unit (7) for pressing the material between surfaces of filter belt, a first drying unit (8) for drying of the material, a second pressing unit (10) for pressing the material, and a second drying unit (11) for heat treatment of the material.
