摘要： Verfahren zur Rückgewinnung organischer und anorganischer Phosphorverbindungen aus festen Bestandteilen organischer Reststoffe. Es werden folgende Schritte vorgeschlagen: - Auftrennung der organischen Rückstände in eine erste feste Phase und eine erste flüssige Phase; - Mischen der ersten festen Phase mit einem Prozesswasser zu einer Lösung; - Überführen in der Lösung enthaltener zweiwertiger Ionen in schwerlösliche oder komplexierte chemische Verbindungen; - Enzymatische Umsetzung organischer Phosphorverbindungen zu anorganischen Phosphaten; - Auftrennung der Lösung in eine zweite feste Phase und eine zweite flüssige Phase; - Rückgewinnen beziehungsweise Abtrennen der anorganischen Phosphate aus der zweiten flüssigen Phase; - Rückgewinnen beziehungsweise Abtrennen von Ammoniumsalzen aus der zweiten flüssigen Phase; - Abtrennung von in der ersten flüssigen Phase enthaltener zweiwertiger Ionen in Form von Salzen - Trocknung der zweiten festen Phase - Mischen und Pelletieren der zweiten festen Phase mit Phosphatsalzen, Ammoniumsalzen und Salzen der zweiwertigen Ionen, die in vorangehenden Abscheideprozessen gewonnen wurden.

摘要：【課題】下水から低コストでリンを回収すると共に、高品質のりん酸肥料を得る。【解決手段】下水処理場における汚水Ｓ１中のリンを、カルシウムを含む回収材Ａ１に接触させて回収し、リン回収物ＡＰと、下水処理場で発生した汚泥Ｓ９と、組成調整剤Ａ２としてのカルシウム源とを焼成するりん酸肥料の製造方法。リン回収物ＡＰ等の焼成を、焼成温度１１５０℃以上１３５０℃以下で焼成することもできる。りん酸肥料の酸化カルシウム含有率を３０質量％以上５５質量％以下とすることができ、りん酸く溶率が６０％以上又は／及びけい酸可溶率が４０％以上の高品質のりん酸肥料を得ることができる。組成調整剤として、カルシウム源の他に、マグシウム源又は／及びシリカ源を加えることもできる。得られた焼成物Ｂ１を粉砕し、造粒補助剤Ａ３と共に、造粒成形機１７により造粒することもできる。
