摘要： In a general aspect, a method includes determining, by a motor controller, an angular acceleration of an electric motor of a vehicle, and determining, by the motor controller, an angular speed of the electric motor. The method also includes receiving, by the motor controller, a torque command indicating an amount of torque requested from the electric motor. The method further includes, in response to the angular acceleration exceeding a first threshold, the angular speed being non-zero, and the amount of torque requested by the torque command being non-zero: determining a torque compensation amount based on a difference between an acceleration limit and the angular acceleration; subtracting the torque compensation amount from the amount of torque requested by the torque command to generate a compensated torque command; and controlling an amount of torque generated by the electric motor using the compensated torque command.

The method comprises: initializing an optimal power or torque split matrix (S*) and a learning feedback variable (λ*) of the reinforcement-learning-based split controller; obtaining a vehicle power setpoint (P SP) or torque setpoint (TQ SP) from a vehicle driver or a vehicle autonomous driving system; calculating a first optimal power or torque setpoint (P1 SP, T1 SP) for the first propulsion source (M1) and a second optimal power or torque setpoint (P2 SP, T2 SP) for the second propulsion source (M2) based on a power split value derived from optimal power or torque split matrix (S*) and the vehicle power setpoint (P SP) or torque setpoint (TQ SP); controlling the first propulsion source (M1) using the first optimal power or torque setpoint (P1 SP, T1 SP), and controlling the second propulsion source (M2) using the second optimal power or torque setpoint (P2 SP, T2 SP); using a machine learning algorithm of the reinforcement-learning-based split controller for calculating a learning feedback variable (λ) based on measured or estimated power or torque output feedback, wherein the learning feedback variable (λ) represents an optimization criteria; updating the optimal power or torque split matrix (S*) when the calculated learning feedback variable (λ) represents an improvement in terms of the optimization criteria over the previous learning feedback variable (λ*).
