    • A bottom portion bonding device of a standing pouch of the present invention comprises: a worktable (5) which has a slit (5s) in the middle part thereof along a lengthwise direction such that a temporary bag (71) having a bottom portion that points towards the top is introduced and moves therein; a supply bobbin (7) and a collection bobbin (9) which are disposed on both ends of the worktable (5) and are rotated by the driving sources, wherein a bottom fabric (75) is wound on the supply bobbin (7) and the collection bobbin (9) collects the bottom fabric (75); first and second guide rollers (7r, 9r) which are installed on one side of the supply bobbin (7) and the collection bobbin (9), and guide and move the bottom fabric (75) such that the bottom fabric (75) comes close to an upper surface of the worktable (5); a supply roller (6) which is installed on one front side of the worktable (5), and guides and moves the inserted temporary bag (71) in a backward direction; first, second, and third thermal bonding means (10, 20, 30) which integrally pressurize and thermally bond the temporary bag (71) supplied through the supply roller (6) and the bottom fabric (75) located on the upper side of the temporary bag, wherein the thermal bonding means sequentially have a high temperature; a cooling means (40) which is installed on one side of the thermal bonding means, and cools a pouch (70) having a bottom portion that is bonded; and a cutting means (50) which is installed on one side of the cooling means (40), and cuts around the bottom portion of the cooled pouch (70).

    • The invention relates to a method and a device for the continuous production of tubular bodies (1) with an internal longitudinal separating wall (2) for the production of tubes having two chambers (9, 9') which are separated from each other. According to said method an endless extruded tube (11) having an internal longitudinal separating wall (2) is produced and individual tubular bodies (1) of a defined length are cut off by means of a cutting device and subjected to further processing. According to the invention the tubular body (1) is made from a film (3) having a central, semicircular part (4) and two angled lateral wings (5). The semicircular part (4) is covered by a second film (6) serving as separating wall (2). A transverse cutter having two rotating blades (10, 10') is used as cutting device. The rounded extruded tube (11) having a longitudinal separating wall (2) is fed between the two rotating blades (10, 10') after having been collapsed and oriented in such a way that the collapsed extruded tube (11) has a central three-layered part (C) which consists of the collapsed, oriented separating wall (2) in the middle and an upper and lower flat tubular wall body section (12) on either side, as well as two two-layered areas (A, A') which adjoin the three-layered area on both sides. In this way each two-layered area (A, A') consists of bent, superimposed tubular body wall sections (13).
